I get the following error when sending, why?
"The connection to the server has failed. Account 'your-name.com', Server 'your-name.com', Protocol SMTP, Port 25, Secure(SSL) No..." or "550 Relaying denied"
Answer: For security reasons ANG Malta does not allow outgoing SMTP mail service through our network. Please follow the instructions below in order to send email through your POP email client.
1. Some ISPs do not allow private SMTP mail servers i.e. your-name.com by blocking port 25. To over come this, change your outgoing SMTP mail server in your e-mail program to your ISP's. (Example: Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.your-isp.com). Please contact your ISP to obtain the correct address.
2. Some firewall software/hardware is known to degrade/block e-mail connection. Please check all the configurations on any security software you have installed on your computer. Should you have any questions on configuration settings please contact the software vendor.
3. Double check your POP email client settings to insure that they are configured correctly to match the correct setting below. Should you have any question on your email client configuration please contact the email client vendor or view our flash movie tutorials below.
Incoming Mail Server: mail.YOURDOMAIN.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.YOUR-ISP.com
"smtp.YOUR-ISP.com" refer to the outgoing mail server of your Internet Service Provider. If you do not know this address, kindly contact your ISP.
If your Internet Service Provider does not provide outgoing E-Mail services, you can download freeware SMTP mail servers in order to use your own personal computer to send E-Mails. (contact us for a list)

First, set up an e-mail account (ensure to check the "Mailbox" option) in your control panel under "Mail". After that you can access your e-mail via the Web Mail interface:
http://webmail.yourdomain.com (replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name)
The e-mail storage space that you have on the server is directly related to the amount of storage space on your hosting account. For accounts that we offer Un-Limited/Un-Metered space, there is no limit on the e-mail storage space, however, normal policies apply. Simply do not keep E-Mails on the server unnecessarly, download regularly to your computer.
