What is the URL to my control panel?
The URL to the control panel is as follows: https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 Important:
Why am I locked out of my control panel?
The control panel only allows 3 attempts to log in and then it locks you out for 10 minutes. You should wait and then try again after this time period.
What is a web user and how do I create one?
A web user is an account that has its own web space that is separate from the main site. It can be accessed via http://www.your-name.com/~ftpuser. Web user accounts come with their own FTP login details and own hosting limits.
Here's how you create a web user for your site:
1. Log in to your control panel (https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com:8443)
2. Click on your domain name
3. Click on "Web Users"
4. Enter desired web username (the web username has to be unique on the server)
5. Click on "Add"
6. Enter desired password
7. Click on "Update"
How do I check my web space or transfer?
1. Log in to your control panel (https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com:8443)
2. Click on Home / Your domain name
3. Click on "Report"
How do I change my FTP password?
1. Log in to your control panel (https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com:8443)
2. Click on Home / Your domain name
3. Click on "Hosting"
4. Type in your new password over old password in the FTP password field
5. Type in your new password again in the confirm FTP password field
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page
7. Click on "Update"

3. Click on "File Manager"
4. Click on httpdocs folder to view, add, edit, or delete files within your file manager.
How do I password protect my directories?
1. Log in to your control panel (https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com:8443)
2. Click on Home / Your domain name
3. Click on "Directories"
4. Click on "Add"
5. Next to "Protected Directory", enter the path to the directory
6. Select non-SSL, it will be created in the httpdocs directory
7. Enter "Header Text" if any
8. Click on "Update"
9. Select directory that you have just created
10. Enter desired username
11. Click on "Add"
12. Enter desired password
13. Click on "Update"
