ANG Malta has several IT systems at it's disposal:
1. The development system
This system is primarily used by developers and designers. Access is limited to only these employees, and is monitored by the respective project managers.
2. The testing system
When work is ready from the development system, it passes on the testing system, where the work will be accessible by our testers and also by the clients to see how the work is progressing.
3. The hosting infrastructure
Our hosting system resides in top class International data centers. Each data center meets the following minimum requirements:
- UPS and Generator backup power, with fuel reserve
- Fire suppression system
- Multiple Internet Connections with BGP routing
- Physical security (use of guards and access controls including cameras and alarms)
- Network security (Firewalls and Intrusion Detection Systems)
- 24 / 7 monitoring
All the networking equipment used is by Cisco, and administred by Cisco certified engineers. The operating system we use on all our servers are Linux distributions either from Redhat or CentOS. VPS systems are powered by Virtuozzo.
